Reservoir Regulation and Power Production Order No. ST-1,
2011. This order will apply
when referenced in the daily Reservoir Regulation and Power Production orders.
1. Powerplant
shall have all available units loaded to the full capacity unless otherwise
noted on order.
2. Supplementary
releases shall be made at a uniform rate, to the extent practicable unless
power units become unavailable due to forced outage, transmission loading
relief, etc.
3. Unless
notified by Water Management:
a.
Daily
average release: May be under run by no more than 1,500 cfs for the day.
b.
Hourly
releases: Do not exceed the scheduled daily average release by more
than 1,000 cfs for
any hour.
4. Releases from
the regulating tunnels should be adjusted as necessary to maintain scheduled
releases (see 3a). Ex: If one unit is
forced out of service, releases through the regulating gates should be adjusted
within four hours to maintain the scheduled release. If two units are forced
out of service, releases should be adjusted within two hours.
